Fulham onsite computer support (recent job)
The client contacted us for onsite computer support in Fulham for his business. He was renovating his office and wanted to replace the old computers (running on Windows 7) to modern Windows 8 machines. He wanted us to migrate all the software and data to the new systems and also connect the new computers to network. It was a property maintenance business and they were running their own customised software. The only day they could let us do was a Sunday as they needed the system on all other days. We do work on Sundays as well and do not charge anything extra for that. We sent our engineer on Sunday and he set-up all the new computers for the client, installed the software, migrated the data and connected to the network. He also had to install the printer and scanner drivers for the client. The client’s system was up and running in a few hours time. Job done!
