We got this white Toshiba C55 laptop from this gentleman from Wandsworth. It was badly damaged and had quite a few problems – broken screen, top lid and left hinge. We managed to source left hinge and screen from our supplier but top lid was not available. However, as the screen support was directly mounted on the screen itself, we managed to repair the very same top lid saving at least £40-£50 for the customer. It was repaired so well that nobody could tell the difference between a new lid and the repaired one. It is worth mentioning that only lids without integrated screen support should be repaired as it is almost impossible to repair the lids with built-in reinforcement / support.
