We got a Sony Vaio PCG-71911M laptop from a client in Battersea. The laptop was working fine apart from the keyboard, which had quite a few faulty keys. The client had spilled some water on it and since then some keys had stopped working. The modern keyboards are a sealed unit and the whole keyboard needs to be replaced if something goes wrong. The client needed the laptop urgently so we ordered the keyboard for next day delivery. We replaced the keyboard for our Battersea client and he got his laptop back the next day. The client was happy to see his laptop working and back to normal again.
